At Chaparral Insulation, there is a sincere commitment to practicing safe work habits, and a recognition that professionalism begins on the job with the knowledge and implementation of safety procedures.

Chaparral emphasizes job safety, and all workers are trained in the principles of safe work habits and operations. The company is committed to complying with all applicable workplace safety regulations. The best safety gear available is provided for employees, as well as detailed instruction for the proper operation of job-related tools and machinery.

We educate our workers in all areas of safety related to our industry, including handling hazardous materials, fire prevention, housekeeping, and material storage/disposal, as well as the proper use of ladders, lifts, and scaffolding. Our insulators are certified in scaffold safety, fall protection, and lift operation. In addition, a number of our employees hold OSHA 10-hour, OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, and CPR/First Aid training.
